His foundation is rooted in service. As a U.S. Army veteran with over 20 years of service, Jeremy learned early that leadership isn't a title — it's a responsibility. That disciplined, mission-focused mindset is woven into everything Noble Consulting does.
Jeremy holds a Master's degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and is a certified Maxwell Leadership Executive Program leader, master facilitator, and executive coach. His career spans Fortune 500 and Fortune 1000 organizations — including Thales Global, Milbank, Trinity Hospital Systems, and New Horizons — as well as small businesses and community enterprises across rural America. After more than two decades working where resources are tight and the margin for error is real, he knows how to deliver solutions that actually stick.
